Pasta with Shrimp and Peppers in a Broccoli Pesto Sauce

1 pkg. Fettuccine
2 cups of Salad Shrimp or Small Shrimp
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Jalapeno
1 Cup Broccoli Tops
1/2 a Bunch of Cilantro
1/4 cup Dried Oregano
2 cloves of Garlic 
1 Small Onion
1/2 cup Milk (can use non-fat milk)

Heat your water for the pasta.  Cook pasta to al dente.  In the meanwhile saute the onion and garlic in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and pepper.  Slice the peppers and add to the onions. Place the broccoli, cilantro, and oregano in a food processor and add a drizzle of olive oil.  Process into a paste.  Add to peppers and onion.  Combine.  Add milk, 2 ladles of the pasta water and shrimp.  Cook 15-20 minutes until a little thicker.  Add pasta to sauce.  Combine and serve pasta in a bowl topped with mozzarella or parmesan cheese.
