BBQ Pulled Pork

BBQ Pulled Pork with a healthy version of BBQ Sauce

1 Pork Roast

BBQ Sauce
1 Cup of freshly Brewed Coffee
1 Cup of freshly squeezed Orange Juice
2 TB Worchestire 
2 TB Mustard
1/2 Cup Ketchup
2 Jalapeno (chopped)
1/4 Cup of Molasses

Turn slow cooker on high and place pork roast in.  Meanwhile, start bbq sauce.  Place all ingredients in sauce pan.  Cook on med. high and bring to a boil.  Stirring occasionally.  Cook down to create a thicker sauce...about 15 minutes.  Set aside.  Cook pork for 8 hours or until you can easily pull apart.  After pork is pulled pour bbq sauce over top to coat. Cook 10 mins more.  Serve on hoagie roll with shredded cheese and sliced jalapeno.  For a even healthier version serve over 1 slice of 100% whole grain bread.
